You understand that the knowledge, strategies, and frameworks shared in this program constitute intellectual property that cannot be "returned." Once access is granted and instruction begins, the value has been delivered. There are no refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback constitutes a breach of these terms. In the event of a disputed charge, we reserve the right to suspend access immediately and pursue recovery of the full amount plus any fees incurred.
The only circumstance under which a refund will be issued is in the event that the program creator becomes permanently unreachable and fails to deliver any instruction for a period exceeding 30 consecutive days.
